Our Short term projects

In the short term, you will be assisting us with the requirement analysis, design/ configuration, and documentation of the following applications:

  • Client information and transaction capturing through BOT
  • Automated and seamless tax reporting and filling
  • CRM for client management and engagement
  • Client portals with analytics and dashboards integrated with financial applications
  • Automated client interactions
  • One minute sign-up and contract management
  • Business processes and documentation
  • Automated Business data collection and template (web forms).

The individual will own the following responsibilities:

  • Work together with the Founder to collect information on current business processes and requirements, and use the collected information to define the complete to-be states of business processes, as required.
  • Document the current business processes and build a consensus on the proposed business processes.
  • Analyze and evaluate current business processes and functional requirements to define process flows, procedures, and decision points, and align with information management and information technology requirements and standards.
  • Develop use cases, user stories, and user acceptance testing (UAT) criteria for use in development efforts.
  • Assess completed development against the defined UAT criteria.
  • Actively participate in the designing, developing, implementing, and administering of the process.
  • Prototype and refine the implementation based on stakeholders’ feedback.

 

Required Experience

  • Connect with clients to become trusted technical advisors while assisting in the end-user and administrator training.
  • Self-starter, self-confident, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and have the ambition to succeed within a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to understand and explain related technical issues, and skills related to working and resolving problems with applications.
  • Provide ongoing support to the client on an as-needed basis.
  • Demonstrable understanding of iterative software development methodologies such as Scrum /Kanban.

Full Job Description

You will be required to build, develop, and manage a team of business development managers, whilst developing a personal and business pipeline of prospective clients and generating interest that will convince potential clients to do business with the company.

Your ultimate objective is to achieve the sales target based on generating new sales revenue for screening and onboarding services, whilst also identifying cross-sale opportunities for group products and services.

 

 

Key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
  • Developing plan for managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of customer account managers.
  • Generate new revenue: Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities and follow up on leads provided by marketing.
  • Drive new customer acquisitions, profitable revenue, and increase customer share by building strong customer relationships and brand reputation
  • Achieve activity KPIs to ensure you maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Ensure the sales forecast and pipeline are consistently and accurately maintained
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities with prospective clients for other group services and maximize revenue.

Social Media Specialist Job Description

The Social Media Specialist will be charged with managing several clients’ social media profiles and executing the marketing strategy. The successful candidate will develop and maintain but not be limited to blogs, video feeds, trending social networking sites, and resource centers. The candidate will be responsible for providing the customers with comprehensive analytics, data presentations, and resource management reports. This candidate will have a demonstrated history of working in a fast-paced environment while delivering multiple projects on schedule, on budget, and with no errors.

 

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Implement social media strategies for multiple companies that build brand awareness, and generate inbound traffic and product adoption.
  • Creation of content that meets our customer standards
  • Develop and deliver social media optimization (SMO).
  • Stay current with social media trends and best practices.
  • Research opportunities for new social marketing platforms and select and adapt the current process to fit client needs.
  • Create, review and approve the content daily.
  • Design contents and engagement for various media platforms

Requirements

Strong project management or organizational skills

Job Description

As we prepare for our next phase of growth, the customer acquisition specialist will help us identify, engage, convert and maintain prospective customers. The candidate will be responsible for providing the customers with comprehensive analytics, data presentations, and resource management reports. This candidate will have a demonstrated history of working in a fast-paced environment while delivering multiple projects on schedule, on budget, and with no errors. 

 

 

As the Customer Acquisition Specialist, you will do the following :

  • Search multiple business directories, communities, associations, and social media groups to identify prospective customers and engage them
  • Drive the top of the funnel from triage to initial customer engagement
  • Maintain customer relationship management (CRM) tool with notes on prospect and customer interactions and report on sales activity
  • Receive and promptly respond to prospect queries that come in through various channels including but not limited to the website through our CRMs
  • Maintain email templates and responses in CRM and content library
  • Document Customer Issues and get them resolutions, involving peers when needed
  • Apply a complete and detailed understanding of Siro’s product including new features and key benefits, and be able to share your knowledge with prospects and customers
  • Identify high-value improvements to our products and communicate those to the rest of the company
  • Host routine webinars demonstrating our products to prospects, lead pre and post-communications with prospects
  • Provide feedback to leadership on market trends, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings
